It's perfect for replacing chilli flakes or other types of red pepper flakes. Mix it with butter, melt it over meat, or add it to garlic bread for a delicious kick. For a quick dinner for two, mix cherry tomatoes, drained cannellini beans, garlic, black olives, thyme, a splash of oil, and sherry vinegar with 1 tsp of the Ottolenghi Aleppo and other chilli blend, and 1/2 tsp of the sweet and smoky spice blend. Top it off with some torn basil leaves and a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite crusty bread and enjoy!
